The REAL People’s Fund is a new collaboration to finance a just economy in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.

We  with historically disinvested communities, offering innovative financial products to build economic power for real people. We will focus on financing entrepreneurs of color, creating quality jobs, and breaking down barriers to employment.

The $10 million fund, in its development phase, is governed by a consortium of local community organizing groups and supports entrepreneurial ideas to take root and expand in our communities.

The fund is managed by Community Vision Capital & Consulting in partnership with Runway, with business advisory services from Uptima Business Bootcamp.
